I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Five years ago, a neck injury led to a chronic pain condition that changed my life — and transformed how I coach. I know what it's like when your body doesn't cooperate with your goals, when “just push through it” makes things worse.

I built this app because people with chronic illness, autoimmune conditions, and fatigue deserve a coach who actually understands. My philosophy: some days we push. Some days we rest. Both are part of the plan.
